Doncaster Baseball Club is a community built on respect, teamwork, development and pride in the game.

This Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour expected from everyone connected with the Club, including players, coaches, parents, carers, spectators, officials, volunteers, administrators and members.

The aim of this document is to help every person understand the role they play in protecting the Club’s culture.

Baseball is at its best when people feel safe, included, supported and able to enjoy the game. Every interaction at training, on game day, online and at Club functions contributes to the reputation of Doncaster Baseball Club.

This Code is designed to sit alongside the policies and codes of conduct published by Baseball Australia, Baseball Victoria, relevant associations and the Club. Where those standards apply, Club members and visitors are expected to follow them.
