The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Doncaster Baseball Club Inc will be held on Wednesday, May 29, from 8pm at the Doncaster Baseball Club clubrooms.
The ordinary business of the AGM will be to:
- confirm the minutes of the last AGM
- receive, from the board, financial reports for the preceding financial year
- elect office bearers and regular board members
- fix members subscriptions for the ensuing financial year
- vote on life member nominations
- special business, as communicated in writing to the secretary by any member by May 1, 2024, for consideration at the AGM.
Nominations for the following positions are invited from members of the Doncaster Baseball Club:
- President
- Vice-president
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Board members (6)
Completed nomination forms, available from the secretary (doncasterbaseballsecretary@gmail.com) should be submitted by May 1, 2024.
The minutes of the 2023 AGM, the 2023/24 president’s report, treasurer’s report and profit and loss statement will be made available in the coming days on TeamApp for your reference.
If you are unable to attend, we ask that you complete a proxy voting form available from the secretary (doncasterbaseballsecretary@gmail.com), or at winter training on Wednesday evenings (6.30–8.30pm).
